    Important Information

To enable our exciting refurbishment programme, exhibition areas GO and SEE/DO on Levels 2 and 4 will be closed from 6th January – 5th June 2020. The other areas will remain open with a reduced but enhanced family offering. W5 will also close on Mondays and Tuesdays during off-peak times during January – May 2020.

The ground floor, including the gift shop, VR Zone and ‘Spacebase’ activity zone will remain unaffected as will ‘Climbit’ the multi-storey climbing structure, ‘MED-Lab’ the interactive medical themed exhibition and the under 8’s area ‘The Town of Discovery’. ‘AMAZE’, the new immersive experience will be open and feature new and exciting content during this period.

We are reducing our ticket prices by 35% from 6th January – 5th June 2020 to reflect the focused offering available at this time. Please refer to our updated admission prices below.

W5 is a registered charity and your support helps us to continue to offer innovative STEM education and outreach to over 285,000 visitors and 34,000 school pupils each year, helping to support better life chances and shape Northern Ireland’s future talent.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your on-going support during what promises to be a very exciting period for W5.
