Bring your class along and join our Learning and Engagement team for a week of unforgettable workshops and shows designed to spark curiosity and a love of maths. Through hands-on challenges, mind-bending puzzles, and interactive demonstrations, pupils will discover just how much maths shapes our everyday lives.
It’s the perfect way to inspire the next generation of problem-solvers and budding mathematicians!
Bubbly Maths Show
Celebrate Maths Week with your Key Stage 2 class at one of our special shows. These events are FREE for participating schools and include a FREE visit to W5.
Discover the maths and science of bubbles and explore the mathematical fundamentals of shape and measurement. This show will encourage your children to love learning and enjoy mathematics and science!

Show times: 10am-11am (Fully Booked), 11:30am-12:30pm (Fully Booked) and 1:30pm-2:30pm
(Shows last approx. 1hr. Max. 120 pupils per show)
W5 opens at 10am and closes at 6pm.

Multiply Mayhem Workshop
Join us for a fast-paced, hands-on maths workshop where students multiply their skills and put their numeracy knowledge into action! Working in teams, they’ll crack a series of puzzles to gear up for the ultimate test. Next, they’ll put their shape and space thinking to work by designing and building a wind-powered car. Will their creation reach the finish line?
Fun, fast, and packed with maths — will your students measure up to the challenge?
