Our exhibits are designed to be multi-sensory, offering an exciting and interactive experience for a wide range of visitors.
Yes. W5's Coffee Lab is open daily and offers a range of tea, coffee and soft drinks. If you're feeling peckish, a daily selection of soups, fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks are also available.
Our Membership portal is launching soon.
If you’re a W5 member, you’ll soon be able to pre-book your visits to W5 via our dedicated membership portal. If your membership has lapsed, you’ll also be able to purchase a new membership on our website.
For now, sit tight as we put the final touches to our membership portal. We’ll be in touch soon with important information around how you can use the new system. In the meantime, we’ve reserved dedicated capacity for member walk ups to ensure that you can come down and enjoy W5.
If you were an annual paid member when we closed our doors in March 2020, your membership has been extended to reflect the number of months you had remaining on your pass.
When the new portal launches, members will be required to pre-book their visits. Until then, current members can continue to access W5 by arriving directly to our ticketing desk.
