Yes. Lockers are available for public use (for example storage of coats or lunches) on the ground floor and Level 2. They operate with £1.00 coin, which is returned when the locker is opened. There is also a "Buggy Park" where you can leave your buggy while you enjoy the floors.

Yes. W5 is a friendly organisation and we have endeavoured to provide disability access for ALL visitors. We provide a loop system at our ticket desk and in the Lecture Theatre - please ask for details. W5 have toilets located on each floor which are fully accessible for visitors who use wheelchairs. Our exhibits are designed to be multi-sensory, offering an exciting and interactive experience for a wide range of visitors.

Yes. W5's Coffee Lab is open daily and offers a selection of fresh sandwiches, hot sausage rolls, tasty traybakes, pizza slices, and sweet treats. Sip over a cup of freshly ground coffee or a pot of tea, or quench your thirst with a cold beverage.

Are you an SSE Reward member? Claim your reduced price W5 tickets in person at the ticket desk, by showing your SSE Reward discount code to a member of the team. Please note: you cannot pre-book tickets with your SSE Reward discount code. Please be assured capacity will be reserved daily for SSE Reward customers purchasing tickets at the W5 ticket desk.

Pre-booking remains essential via our online booking portal - pick a day and time at your own convenience. We're operating at a reduced capacity for now, and have introduced timeslots with admissions every 30 minutes. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your timeslot.

If you created an online account when making your booking, you can log in and amend your visit date or timeslot yourself, subject to availability.

There's no need to contact the W5 team to make these changes. Simply log in to your account and manage your booking online at a time that suits you.

Please note that date and timeslot changes are the only amendments that can currently be made online. If you require any other changes to your booking, these should be sent via our Contact Us form.

To access your booking, select Login and enter the email address used to make your booking along with your password.

You can spend as long or as little time as you'd like in W5! Although we find that to experience everything we have to offer, allow for 2.5 to 3 hours.

Please note that your ticket is valid all day from your selected entry time until closing.

Yes, you're welcome to leave and re-enter on the same day. Just make sure to keep your ticket!

Yes, W5 has a designated picnic area on level 1, where you can enjoy your own refreshments. W5 also has a coffee shop on level 1, which serves a daily selection of food along with soft and hot drinks. However, please note that only refreshments purchased in Coffee Lab can be consumed in this area.

Yes, we offer Gift Tickets for admission to W5 in the following types:

• Family Ticket (2 adults & 2 children): £42.00

• Adult Ticket: £12.00

• Child Ticket: £10.50

Gift Tickets can be purchased either at the Ticket Desk at the W5 entrance or via our Contact Us form.

To redeem your Gift Voucher, select your admission tickets and proceed through the booking process as normal.

At the checkout page, enter your Gift Voucher code in the "Gift Voucher" box and click Apply. The value of your Gift Ticket will then be deducted from your booking total.

Please note that Gift Tickets can only be redeemed against W5 admission tickets and cannot be used for events, retail purchases, or any other products unless otherwise stated.

All W5 Gift Vouchers are sent by email and can be redeemed online when booking a visit.

Gift Vouchers are available in values of £10, £20, £50, or £100.

When purchasing a Gift Voucher, you can choose to have it sent directly to your own email address or to someone else by entering their email address at checkout. You can also include a personal message to make it more personal.

If you received a Gift Ticket through the Belfast Giants or one of our partners, please follow the same process outlined above. These are also physical tickets and can be redeemed at W5 on any open day by presenting them at the Ticket Desk.
