We want to make sure that everyone who visits W5 has the best experience every time, which is why we’re committed to prioritising the health and wellbeing of our guests.

To help reduce queues, pre-booking your visit remains essential via our online booking portal, meaning that we will no longer be processing new bookings at our ticketing desk. We also ask that you use contactless payment when in our Coffee Lab and gift shop.

All exhibits, communal areas, and toilet facilities continue to be regularly and thoroughly cleaned throughout operating days and times.

Advanced Booking

Pre-booking remains essential via our online booking portal - pick a day and time at your own convenience. We're operating at a reduced capacity for now, and have introduced timeslots with admissions every 30 minutes. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your timeslot.

Booking Changes

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except at the discretion of the Visitor Experience Team. Booking change requests should be sent via our Contact Us form.
