Get ready for a festive family adventure the whole family will treasure! Step through the doors of Santa’s Workshop, where twinkling lights, cheerful elves, and Christmas magic fill the air.

Your journey begins as one of Santa’s jolly elves greets you and leads you through a sparkling wonderland of festive fun. Little ones can get hands-on with creative activities, from crafting a special keepsake to preparing magical reindeer food.

Then comes the big moment! Gather round for the Naughty or Nice List Reveal. Will your little one make it onto Santa’s famous “Nice” list this year?

Finally, step into Santa’s cosy, glowing grotto for a truly magical one-on-one meeting with the man in red himself. Capture the joy with a photo to treasure forever, and take home a special gift from Santa.

Bring your family, share the laughter, and let the magic of Christmas come to life in Santa’s Workshop. A festive experience you’ll never forget!

This is a premium add-on festive experience:

Child - £15 per child (Ages 3+, including gift)
Toddler - £8 per toddler (Ages 1-2, including gift)
Infant - Free (Ages 0-1, no gift included)

Up to two adults can accompany each child into Santa’s Workshop at no additional cost. Please note that all guests (adults and children) must hold general admission tickets to W5 to access the experience.

Spaces are limited and managed by time slot, so be sure to book early through the “Upgrades” section of our website after purchasing general admission.
