This Halloween, get ready to experience thrilling tricks and treats at Belfast's award-winning science and discovery centre. From mind-boggling science shows at our Monster Lab to braving the heights of our creepy Climbit, will you dare to discover what lurks in W5 this Halloween?
From 7 October, our largest exhibit is getting a spooky makeover. At the heart of W5 is Climbit, a multi-storey structure that fuses together elements of a vertical jungle gym and maze. Take care once you cross under the pumpkin arch to avoid the spiders, skeletons and other creatures that are lurking in the shadows.
For those who would prefer to keep their feet firmly planted on the ground, make sure to visit the Hocus Pocus Café, located at the foot of Climbit. Indulge in some tasty treats and different potions, sure to get you in the spooky season spirit.
Don't forget to pop to floor 3 and take a selfie at one of our monstrous photo opportunities.

Monster Lab
It’s not Halloween without a little trick or treat. Join us at the Science Bar for our Monster Lab experience where you can partake in some gruesome guessing as to what is contained within our frightful feely boxes and be bewitched by our science shows.
