Then, snuggle up for Festive Fables in Over the Hills & Far Away, where Christmas tales are brought to life in a cosy storytelling setting. Test your Christmas knowledge in The Great Christmas Quiz, spread kindness at the Christmas Card Corner, and get ready for some frosty fun with indoor Snowball Fights.

Santa's Workshop
Step into the heart of Christmas magic at Santa’s Workshop in AMAZE, where festive dreams come to life!
A cheerful elf will welcome families into Santa’s bustling workshop, filled with twinkling lights, joyful music, and plenty of Christmas cheer. The excitement builds as little ones discover whether they’ve made it onto the 'Nice List' before being guided to Santa’s glowing grotto for a truly magical one-on-one moment.
Capture the memory with a festive photo and take home a special gift from Santa himself, the perfect way to make this Christmas one to remember.

Indoor Snowball Fights
Have you ever wondered what it's like to have a snowball fight indoors? Well, now you can! Join us over the holidays and enjoy a snowball fight with your friends and family, no coats needed! It may look like real snow, but don't worry; there are no frozen fingers here. Our warm, dry and soft snow is super cool, but not in a cold way!

The Great Christmas Quiz
With interactive rounds, laughter galore, and a sprinkle of seasonal surprises, this quiz is perfect for kids and grown-ups alike. Whether you’re a trivia whiz or just in it for the fun, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, and plenty of chances to share some festive cheer along the way!

W5’s Science Bar brings festive fun with a scientific twist this Christmas! Discover the wonders of low temperatures at Festive Freeze, enjoy explosive pyrotechnic experiments at Festive Fireworks, and explore how animals survive the cold in Extreme Existence: The Cold. Unravel Santa’s secrets in Science Mysteries of Christmas, or drop by Mission Santa to launch a rocket up the chimney!

Christmas Card Corner
For some older people, Christmas can be a difficult and lonely time. You can help us and Age NI spread Christmas cheer this holiday season by creating a festive card for someone who might otherwise be alone over the holiday period.
Head to mezzanine 3 to colour, write and post your Christmas card.

Climbit at Christmas
The atrium at the centre of W5 is brimming with light, sound, and Christmas cheer this season. Climbit, our huge climbing structure, shines brightly at the heart of our Christmas-themed activities.
Jingle All the Way Café
During your visit, why not warm up with a seasonal drink and treat at our Jingle All the Way Café, found at the foot of Climbit on level 2. It's the perfect way to enjoy some festive fare in the form of cosy yuletide drinks and snacks.
