Festive Quiet Session

Quiet Sessions offer all the excitement of W5 but with a more relaxed atmosphere, perfect for children and adults with additional needs. This holiday season, join us for a festive experience in a calmer setting.

During this special Christmas Quiet Session, W5 will:

• Limit admissions to create a peaceful and relaxing environment
• Lower the volume on exhibits where possible and highlight those that are louder and cannot be adjusted
• Open The Lost Planet soft play area free of charge, without time restrictions
• Allow adults in a caring capacity to accompany children on Climbit and The Lost Planet
• Provide access to a Quiet Room if needed

Explore the enchanting "With Every Christmas Card" walk-through, where holiday scenes come to life. For more fun, try your hand at Penguin Curling or join an indoor Snowball Fight—minus the cold hands!

Our Climbit structure will be decked out with holiday cheer, and there will be Christmas photo spots to capture magical moments.

Please note: Noise levels and capacity will increase after 12pm, but Quiet Session visitors are welcome to stay until closing time.

Carers go free with a full-paying child (proof of carer status required).
