Meet Santa’s Reindeer

Begin your adventure at the Reindeer Stables, where Santa’s famous helpers are getting ready for their busiest night of the year. Get up close to the reindeer, learn how to care for these very special animals and have the chance to capture a magical family photo together.

Create Magical Reindeer Food

Every little elf has an important job to do! Children can prepare their own bag of magical reindeer food to take home and sprinkle on Christmas Eve to help Santa’s reindeer find their way to your home.

Enjoy Festive Treats

Take a moment to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere with a delicious Christmas drink and seasonal treat for the whole family before continuing your journey into Santa’s Workshop.

Power the Christmas Spirit Generator

Christmas magic needs a little help from everyone at the North Pole! Children can write or draw something they’re thankful for or share a good deed they plan to do this Christmas. Their message will help power the magical Christmas Spirit Generator and spread festive cheer across the North Pole.

Meet Santa

The most magical moment of your adventure awaits! Step inside Santa’s Grotto for a special one-to-one visit with Father Christmas. Each child will receive a magical Heart of Love, along with a festive photo to capture the moment and treasure for years to come.

A Special Gift from the North Pole

Santa knows that every child is unique, so he has prepared something special for each of his young visitors.

Children aged 2+ can join the elves in Santa’s Toy Workshop and bring their very own teddy bear to life. Using the magical Heart of Love gifted by Santa, they’ll stuff their own bear and create a cuddly Christmas companion to take home and treasure.

For children under 2, Santa’s elves have been busy preparing a special North Pole friend in advance. Each toddler will receive their very own cuddly companion to take home as a special keepsake.

Name Your New Friend

Once you’ve left the North Pole, children can give their new teddy a special name and receive an official personalised birth certificate, creating a lasting reminder of a magical time spent with Santa.

Created especially for families who want to make magical memories together, Santa's Workshop at W5 brings festive activities, treasured keepsakes, and a heartwarming visit with Santa in one unforgettable experience.

Ticket prices:

• £25 per Child (Ages 2+, including gift)
• £10 per Toddler (Under age 2, including gift)
• £15 per Adult

Ticket costs include general admission to W5, a visit to Santa, a gift for children/toddlers, a photo keepsake per family, and a festive drink and snack.

Spaces are limited and managed by time slot, so be sure to book early.
